:About Liability SalesThe Liability Sales department focuses on the liability acquisition, assets and retail forex business for thebank. The department drives business from branches across India and is responsible for sourcing of retailand corporate deposits, salary and non-salary accounts, trust accounts and forex Business with a view toincrease the retail book of the bank.About the RoleOfficer Sales are a part of the Bank\'s front-line sales force whose primary responsibility is to get newcustomers for the bank and explore new business opportunities. Officer Sales are responsible for sellingbanking and investment products and services to customers based on their needs. They are also responsiblefor handling customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a pure sales job and involves dailycustomer reach-outs & travellingKey Responsibilities\xc3\xb8 Identify sales opportunities for both the Bank and third-party products by acquiring new customersand building new relationships.\xc3\xb8 Manage business relations with existing customers to increase the depth of existing relationships.\xc3\xb8 Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization monthly as per Grade Matrix (BDE, Officer andAM Sales)\xc3\xb8 Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system.\xc3\xb8 Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the financial services industryQualificationsOptimal qualification for success on the job is depends on Grade offer to:\xc3\xb8 Officer Sales-2 : Graduate with more than 1 year of experience (upto 2 years)\xc3\xb8 Officer Sales-1 : Graduate with less than 1 year of experienceRole Proficiencies:For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:\xc3\xb8 Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language.\xc3\xb8 Excellent lead generation and conversion skill\xc3\xb8 Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.\xc3\xb8 Ability to work successfully as a part of a team.\xc3\xb8 High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently. \xc3\xb8 Ensure resource should have the recommended Model Device and Android Version- Model 1-OPPO, VIVO, MI, 1+, Samsung and Realme.
