About the RoleWe are looking for a product manager for the banks internet payment gateway product; who will be responsible for building new products that underpin long term goals and profitability for the bank.The individual is expected to undertake the below responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and market dynamics and address them with new product offerings
• Manage PG product and build capabilities in line with organizational goals
• Manage the life cycles of the existing product and payment gateway services
• Communicate and drive product strategy with the sales team
• Maintain thorough understanding of the payment industry and competition to quickly identify business threats and opportunities
• Engage with stakeholders, such as card networks and regulators, to ensure compliance to all the necessary mandates

QualificationsOptimal qualification for success on the job is:

• Post Graduate degree (Preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in online payment gateway solutions/ merchant acquiring

Role Proficiencies:For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

Extensive knowledge of payments and acquiring businessProduct development and management experience in any Fintech or bank
