AbouttheRole
The Wealth Specialist team will comprise of senior resources, whose focus will be to ensure delivery of the Investments & Insurance Fee Plan for the Affluent segment across their regions, drive growth in AUMs, drive portfolio actions, ensure implementation and regular review of all control parameters, monitor trends on sales, manage large and critical key client relationships along with the Affluent team, focus on NOA to ensure regular and quality increase in their segment of Affluent clients and ensure upskilling for the entire Affluent team in their regions.
Key Responsibilities
\xef\xbf\xbd Deliver the Wealth Management Fee Plan across Investments & Insurance for the Affluent segment. \xef\xbf\xbd Deliver the target growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) for the Affluent segment. \xef\xbf\xbd Drive portfolio actions across each parameter including financials, ARM productivity, ARM activity levels, activation of inactive clients & net sales. \xef\xbf\xbd Ensure implementation and review of all control parameters for the Affluent segment. \xef\xbf\xbd Monitor trends on sales across branches/circles and work with them to consistently improve performance. \xef\xbf\xbd Work with the teams on managing large, sensitive and critical relationships to ensure growth in their TRVs and share of wallet. \xef\xbf\xbd Work with the BDE team to devise strategies to acquire relationships both in terms of size and quality using the wealth management platform.
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is: \xef\xbf\xbd Graduation/Post-Graduation from a recognized institute \xef\xbf\xbd one or more of the following: MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, CFP \xef\xbf\xbd Overall experience of over 5 years in financial markets including debt, equity, mutual fund AMCs, etc. or in asset allocation and investment management of HNI customers
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following: \xef\xbf\xbd Knowledge on financial markets including debt, equity, mutual fund AMCs, etc. or in asset allocation and investment management of HNI customers. \xef\xbf\xbd Understanding of quantitative asset allocation methodologies. \xef\xbf\xbd Ability to develop view on risk associated with different product investments. \xef\xbf\xbd Capability to satisfactorily engage with the client to analyze risk appetite and investment goals. \xef\xbf\xbd Ability to work with experienced team. \xef\xbf\xbd Ability to understand, synthesize and communicate insights from central Investment advisory / research team to RMs. \xef\xbf\xbd Ability to influence and participate. #ComeAsYouAre \'We are dil se open.
