About the RoleThe role of a Service Lead is to support the team of Burgundy Private Bankers and Managing partners to onboard new clients and to manage service to the existing clients through service partners.
Key Responsibilities\xef\xbf\xbd Ensuring end to end client experience enhancement - Build the right set of processes for ensuring seamless transaction execution for Burgundy Private clients.\xef\xbf\xbd NPS to be best in class \xef\xbf\xbd 76% target for service team - Ensure creation and dissemination of\xef\xbf\xbd client experience survey for Burgundy Private clients.\xef\xbf\xbd Process enhancements for better service efficiency - Create optimal TATs for client onboarding and service requests for Burgundy Private\xef\xbf\xbd Hiring - Identify, acquire and train the right resources in the Service Partners\xef\xbf\xbd team across key locations.\xef\xbf\xbd Budget allocation - Ensure optimal coverage of Burgundy Private Service Partners in terms of the right level of mapping at the Partner and Clients (Families) level.\xef\xbf\xbd Team structure - Mobilizing Service Lead role to ensure better productivity across locations with enhanced customer and team management\xef\xbf\xbd Adhering to bank compliance requirements\xef\xbf\xbd Ensuring team alignment for bank compliance\xef\xbf\xbd Encouraging best practices in the team to ensure compliance adherence
QualificationsOptimal qualification for success on the job is:\xef\xbf\xbd Graduate or Post Graduate.\xef\xbf\xbd 10+ yrs of work experience in NBFC sector.\xef\xbf\xbd
