About the RoleCandidate will be responsible for preparing & publishing various analysis reports in order to plan, evaluate and strategize business objectives / milestones along with the KRAs
Key Responsibilities\xef\xbf\xbd Analyse & Publish Dashboards & various important Matrix / Reports to Stakeholders\xef\xbf\xbd Preparing of Dashboards for Top Management with YoY Nos at one Glance\xef\xbf\xbd Incentive Payout calculation & Incentive Support for India NRIRMs\xef\xbf\xbd Responsible for Segment Inward Remittance Fee Budget\xef\xbf\xbd Responsible for Segment Inward Remittance Volume Budget\xef\xbf\xbd Segment Management (Performance monitoring ) for FY22\xef\xbf\xbd % of RM meeting Incentive Productivity\xef\xbf\xbd % of NRI RMs achieving RFR Fee Budget\xef\xbf\xbd % of RMs achieving Inward Volume Budget\xef\xbf\xbd Initiatives on driving ETB MDAB\xef\xbf\xbd Coordination with support teams such as BIU, IT, ABR, and Finacle for analytics based reporting and MIS for the NRI business.\xef\xbf\xbd Performs all other duties as required.
