About the Role
The City Head is expected to mentor and augment RMs assigned to the geography for nurturing client relationships through continuous client engagements and risk profiling. The RM will be responsible for identification of potential customers and providing them customized solutions as per their requirements. The position entails client management and acquisition with a key focus on expanding the Asset under Management. The center of all client engagements will be to ensure superior customer experience
Key Responsibilities\xef\xbf\xbd Mentoring and augmenting to ensure activation of existing resources\xef\xbf\xbd Ensure micro monitoring for deepening of existing customers and value creation towards core banking products\xef\xbf\xbd\xef\xbf\xbd Monitor and drive resources towards achievement of preset goal for revenue generation & core banking targets\xef\xbf\xbd Responsible for enhancing client satisfaction\xef\xbf\xbd Staying abreast of financial markets, the compliance and regulatory environment.\xef\xbf\xbd Distribute leads generated by Other business units / verticals to various Sr ARMs/ARM\xef\xbf\xbds\xef\xbf\xbd Liaising with all other departments at regional/circle/Cluster level to ensure smooth cross functional support for the business & enhanced customer experience
QualificationsOptimal qualification for success on the job is:\xef\xbf\xbd Post graduation from a recognized institute\xef\xbf\xbd 10 years plus experience in Banking or Financial market prefarably of team management
