You will serve as the main point of contact for these clients, understanding their needs and objectives to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products/services, ultimately driving revenue growth within your portfolio of accounts.Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.- Understand the goals and objectives of each key account and develop strategies to meet their needs.- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support key account initiatives.- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to key clients.- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to key clients, showcasing our products/services and value proposition.- Monitor key account performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.- Address any issues or concerns raised by key clients in a timely and professional manner.- Stay informed about industry trends and changes that could impact key accounts.- Travel to meet with key clients as needed.Qualifications :- Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in key account management or a similar role, preferably within the industry.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Familiarity with CRM software and other tools for managing client relationships.- Willingness to travel as needed.
