Job Description

Lead sourcing activities, supplier selection and negotiations efforts.

Pro-actively build positive strategic relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with Manufacturing teams to optimize inventory levels and material flow while minimizing stock-out risks.

Continually optimize supply chain with respect to price, inventory, supply continuity, and terms and conditions.

Development of Sourcing strategy and execution while ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.

Price negotiation with suppliers

Work closely with external suppliers to proactively identify opportunities for implementation of cost optimization, lead time reductions, quality enhancements, and overall improved service levels.

Identify and qualify potential suppliers, evaluate and communicate performance, manage and develop long-term partnerships with suppliers to enhance overall capabilities and result in more efficient product development and a more agile supply chain.

Development of MIS for Cost monitoring

Development of Alternate Sources of Raw Material & coordination with R&D for necessary testing support.

Development of Alternate type of Raw Materials

Develop and maintain relationships with leadership of key suppliers that foster communication on forward looking strategies, long range planning and partnerships.

Review supplier onboarding and provide insight.

Assists in the development and implementation of sourcing strategy while ensuring company alignment and execution

Assessment of coverage of Raw Material to ensure sufficient availability of Raw Material

Development of Alternate Sources of Raw Material & coordination with R&D for necessary testing support.

Development of Alternate type of Raw Materials

Top 3 Mandatory Skills:

1. At least 2 yrs of experience in Raw Material Sourcing- Liquid Bulk - petroleum/ Oil/ Diesel.

2. Exposure in Chemical Manufacturing Industry

3. Vendor management and negotiations

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
