ResponsibilitiesCotton - Domestic
- Track daily market price.
- Understand market dynamics.
- Liaise with Log team for requirements.
- Float enquiry with Markets.
- Summaries the offers and put up for approval.
- Send the finalized contract to vendor.
- Get PR from Logistics and make PO.
- Liaise with finance and vendor for LC
- Track the supplies daily.
- Address the weight variance if any
- Get the QR from QA and submit it to accounts for payment.
- Handling the rejected lots.
- Finalize the rebate for the rejected lots.
- Get the credit Note from vendor.
- Prepare daily report on Plan Vs actual.
- Prepare Qty report for Plan Vs Actual with respect to STEER.
