5-8 year+ experience in Trade support/Regulatory functions (booking trades, trade verification and reconciliations
Has independently managed key deliveries/projects
Proven track record in partnering with Technology, Legal and Compliance to implement change and drive operations agenda.
Solid understanding of OTC derivative instruments and market dynamics preferably to include Rates as an asset class.
Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles, systems and controls and the functions responsible for execution of those controls.
Understanding Regulatory requirements and reporting is desirable
Develop and implement an appropriate control framework and production of MIS and Key Performance Indicators including trend analysis
Production planning and workload balancing on a day-to-day basis
Ability to run end-to-end UAT testing of key tech deliveries is a plus
