Purpose of the role:

As the Global Talent Acquisition Head, you will play a pivotal role for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building a strong employer brand, and managing the global recruitment team. Your primary goal will be to drive the growth and success of the company through the acquisition of exceptional individuals who align with our values and vision.

You will be responsible for leading:

- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company\'s short-term and long-term goals.

- Employer Branding: Cultivate and enhance the organization\'s employer brand to attract high-caliber candidates and position the company as an employer of choice.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure they meet their individual and team objectives.

- Recruitment Process: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, candidate database management, and other sourcing techniques to meet current and future hiring needs.

- Metrics and Reporting: Implement metrics to measure recruitment performance and provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.

- Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and devise effective recruitment strategies for their respective teams.

- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse talent pool and foster an inclusive work environment.

- Technology and Tools: Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and tools to optimize the recruitment process and enhance candidate experience.

- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role.

- A deep understanding of the industry\'s talent landscape, recruitment best practices, and emerging trends.

- Proven experience in managing and motivating a recruitment team, driving results through effective leadership.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and team members.

- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.

- A track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and contributing to the company\'s overall success.

- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other new age recruitment-related software\'s.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
