Skill: Rate Management Agent (GPM) Grade: BPO 3/4 Location: Mumbai - Vikhroli KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY . Strong on Day-to-day processing of Data for Validation / Rate Management . Present Analytical & Valuation report for client . An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills, strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities. . Performance driven and being Agile on the changes as per business requirements. . People Management, Conflict management and Influencing Skills . Provide Expert Knowledge on Moderately Complex Rates in system, . Should be able to proactively drive internal initiatives with high sense of urgency. . Work towards deadlines and deliver quality outputs within timeline . Complete several tasks to come up with effective pricing strategies and market evaluation . Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere in Team.
