Radiology Technician/radiology Trainer
Job Description
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for radiology staff at all levels, including new hires, experienced technicians, and technologists.
• Conduct classroom instruction, hands-on training, and simulations to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
• Assess trainee performance through practical evaluations and written exams.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to support staff development and career growth.
• Stay updated on the latest radiology technologies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with radiology leadership to identify training needs and develop solutions.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
