Work Days: Monday - FridayWork Timings: Night Shifts (6PM, 9PM, 11PM) | Work from office preferable.Notice Period: 0-15 daysCTC Budget: 4.8 LPAJob Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Associate to join our team at Infinix Healthcare in Andheri, Mumbai. The role involves reviewing Radiology Exams including CT, MRI, PET, and Nuclear Med scans for technical accuracy. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to quality standards, escalate any technical inaccuracies, make necessary adjustments, and contribute to achieving production targets and turnaround times (TAT).Key Responsibilities:
  • Review Radiology Exams (CT, MRI, PET, Nuclear Med) to ensure technical accuracy according to established guidelines.
  • Identify and escalate any technical inaccuracies or inconsistencies in the exam reports.
  • Make relevant corrections or annotations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with Radiologists or other medical professionals as needed to clarify discrepancies.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly production targets while maintaining high quality and meeting TAT expectations.
  • Perform quality checks on final reviewed files to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Update production reports accurately and timely with relevant metrics and outcomes.
