Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret medical images (X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, etc.) and provide accurate diagnostic reports.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to discuss findings and contribute to patient care planning.
• Ensure high-quality imaging procedures are performed, maintaining safety and comfort for patients.
• Provide guidance on the best imaging techniques based on clinical needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of radiology equipment and ensure maintenance standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in radiology technology and techniques.
• Educate patients about the radiology procedures and answer any questions they may have.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of imaging results and patient interactions.
• Comply with all relevant regulations, policies, and health & safety standards.

Qualifications:

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate qualification in Radiology (MD, DNB, or equivalent).
• Valid Medical License to practice in Uttarakhand.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologist in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Proficiency in handling and interpreting diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Knowledge of medical imaging software and record-keeping systems.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff.
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
