Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiologist to join our medical team. The Radiologist will be responsible for diagnosing and interpreting medical imaging results, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of medical imaging techniques, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide accurate diagnoses to assist in patient care.Key Responsibilities:- Review and interpret diagnostic imaging results, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and other imaging modalities.- Prepare and deliver accurate radiology reports to assist referring physicians in diagnosis and treatment planning.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to discuss findings and coordinate patient care.- Provide consultations to medical staff regarding imaging procedures, safety, and techniques.- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in radiology and medical imaging technology.- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with patients and healthcare staff.- Participate in training and mentoring junior radiologists and other healthcare professionals as needed.- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and protocols within the radiology department.- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours imaging services, as required.Qualifications:- Diploma in Medical Radio Diagnosis (D.M.R.D.)/ Medical degree (MD) with specialization in Radiology.- Board certification in Radiology (preferred). - years of experience working as a Radiologist in a clinical setting.- Expertise in reading and interpreting various types of medical imaging studies (X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound, etc.).- Familiarity with radiology software and imaging systems (e.g., PACS).- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound clinical judgments under pressure.- Professional demeanor and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
