Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our medical imaging team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations using X-ray, CT, and MRI equipment to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Duties
• Conducting medical imaging procedures as prescribed by physicians
• Operating and maintaining radiologic equipment
• Communicating effectively with patients to explain procedures and ensure their comfort
• Providing quality patient care during imaging procedures
• Assisting radiologists in image evaluation and diagnosis
• Utilising IT systems for image processing and patient record management
Qualifications
• Diploma or degree in Radiography or Medical Imaging
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Proficient in various medical imaging techniques including X-ray, CT, and MRI
• Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and medical staff
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?200,000.00 per year
Schedule:
• Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus
