Lead the effort to consolidate and integrate multiple SailPoint IIQ instances into a unified and streamlined IAM solution, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient management of identities and accesses.
Develop automation scripts and workflows within SailPoint IIQ to streamline provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management processes. Implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort in IAM operations.
Architect and implement robust integrations between SailPoint IIQ and various connected, disconnected, and partially connected applications, including but not limited to HR systems, LDAP directories, SaaS applications, and on-premises infrastructure.
Design and implement RBAC models within SailPoint IIQ, ensuring granular access control and adherence to security policies and regulatory requirements. Define roles, permissions, and entitlements to enforce least privilege principles across the organization.
Customize and extend SailPoint IIQ functionality through the development of custom connectors, plugins, and workflows to address specific business requirements and use cases.
Optimize the performance of SailPoint IIQ infrastructure and configurations to ensure scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of the IAM platform under varying loads and conditions.
Collaborate with security teams to ensure that SailPoint IIQ configurations and implementations comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for IAM security.
Create comprehensive documentation of SailPoint IIQ configurations, integrations, and customizations. Share knowledge and best practices with team members to facilitate continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2+ years of experience working as a SailPoint IIQ Developer or similar role in Identity and Access Management.
In-depth knowledge of SailPoint IIQ architecture, components, and capabilities.
Strong proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, or Python.
Experience with IAM concepts and technologies, including RBAC, SSO, LDAP, OAuth, and SAML.
Hands-on experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP, JDBC, and SCIM.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their IAM services is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred (Good-to-Have) Credentials:
SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Associate or Professional certification.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM certifications (e.g., CIAM, CIMP) are a plus.
