Hi All,We are having urgent opening for Sr. Specialist/ Assistant Manager with one of our client @Gurgaon.Job Title :- Sr. Specialist/ Assistant ManagerJob Location :- GurgaonAccountabilities Major ActivitiesOperations Management

  • Participate in month-end close process by preparing and processing monthly and
quarterly journal entries
  • Perform balance sheet analysis and reconciliations
  • Payroll journals, cost allocation, cash flow monitoring, trial balance finalization
  • Preparing & providing reports as required by stakeholders
  • Play a key role in the annual audit process
  • Provide support for quarterly reviews and audits
  • Ensure all financial information is in accordance with US GAAP and state and federal
regulations
  • Perform accounting services necessary to support other entities
  • Responsible for the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of financial information.
  • Ensure closing deadlines are met and free from any integrity issues.
  • Maintaining accountability for standard chart of accounts
  • Ensures timely completion/ adherence to all applicable legal / statutory audit
requirements.
  • Ensure the team fully complies with internal company controls and reports on a timely
and correct basis to the Internal Control2
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience with proven track record of working in the Finance function of organizations for a
service delivery organization (preferably a shared service setup) with large scale operational setup.
  • Hands-on experience in various accounting tools
  • High proficiency in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets & using advanced formulas)
  • Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, Cost Accounting, Record rate & Accounting standards is mandatory;
  • Ability to utilize information from a wide variety of sources;
  • High motivation and enthusiasm to learn.
  • Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must. Candidate should be able to interact with stakeholders
independently
  • US ET Shift working with some stretch during peak days
  • Provide information to stakeholders as and when required.
  • Regularly track and resolve outstanding issues on a timely basis
  • Implement best practices for accounting & reporting process and proactively identify,
propose and implement continuous improvement opportunities in existing processes
within the team.
  • Other duties as assigned
3. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEEducational Qualification/ Experience
  • Bachelor/ Masters Degree in Commerce
  • MBA in Finance is preferable
  • 5 xe2x80x93 7 years of experience in managing a client-service oriented function
