We are EVERSANA.THE POSITION:As a R developer, you will work closely with Business Analysts to create effective solutions providing robust system. You will be a key member of the development team. This position will also require you to follow and implement the best algorithm, optimization tools and coding practices as a part of the development team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are best achieved by:

  • Understand and clarify visualization requirements/needs
  • Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards and analytics
  • Prepare reports using various visualization and data modeling methods
  • Define access controls and implement security measures whenever required
  • Drill-down data and prepare reports with utmost accuracy
  • Solving any data or performance issues related to workbooks and data sources
The above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the expectations of the position and shall not be construed as the only expectations that may be assigned for the position.An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the expectations listed above.MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • 2-6 years of hands-on experience in R programming.
  • Knowledge of R-Studio and R language ecosystem.
  • R/Shiny Coding, R reporting, R Development with knowledge of back-end Algorithms/Documentation and of processes and concepts relevant to Statistical Programming/Techniques.
  • Working experience in most of common R libraries.
  • In depth knowledge of data structures.
  • R debugging and performance monitoring.
  • Experience in using version control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of Optimization, Parallelization and Simulation Techniques.
EDUCATION:
  • BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MSC in Computer Science or MSC in Statistics / Applied Mathematics.
