: Research & Development Manager (Nutra)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research & Development Manager to lead our Nutra (Nutraceuticals) division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of product development, from conceptualization to commercialization, ensuring that our products meet regulatory standards and exceed market expectations. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the nutraceutical industry.
Lead the development of new nutraceutical products from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive product innovation and ensure timely project execution.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies in the nutraceutical industry.
Oversee the formulation of nutraceutical products, selecting appropriate ingredients based on scientific research, regulatory requirements, and consumer needs.
Evaluate ingredient suppliers and establish partnerships to ensure the highest quality standards and regulatory compliance.
