Job Title: R&D Executive (Preferred Only Cosmetic Experienced Based Candidates)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented R&D Executive with experience in the cosmetic industry to join our Research and Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetic formulation, product development, and regulatory compliance. They will play a key role in driving innovation and bringing new cosmetic products to market.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative cosmetic formulations that meet market needs and consumer preferences.
• Conduct research on new ingredients, technologies, and trends in the cosmetic industry to inspire product innovation.
• Design and execute experiments to optimize product formulations for performance, stability, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all stages of product development.
• Conduct stability testing and shelf-life studies to ensure product quality and efficacy.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to formulation, manufacturing, and packaging.
• Keep detailed records of experiments, results, and formulations in accordance with company protocols.
• Participate in product scale-up and manufacturing process transfer activities.
• Support product launches by providing technical expertise and training to relevant teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in cosmetic R&D, formulation development, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation principles, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with regulatory requirements for cosmetics (FDA, EU, etc.) and familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in the cosmetic industry.
