Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled R&D Chemist with 1 year of experience in chemical synthesis to join our research and development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, synthesizing, and characterizing compounds, optimizing synthetic routes, and contributing to the development of innovative products and solutions. This role involves hands-on laboratory work and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Synthesis & Development:
• Perform chemical synthesis and optimize reaction conditions to achieve desired yields and purity.
• Scale up synthesis from milligram to gram scale while ensuring reproducibility.
• Characterization & Analysis:
• Use analytical techniques such as NMR, FTIR, HPLC, GC, and LC-MS for compound characterization.
• Interpret analytical data to confirm the structure, purity, and stability of synthesized compounds.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain detailed lab records, including experimental conditions, observations, and results.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for project updates and meetings.
• Product Innovation:
• Contribute to the development of new synthetic methodologies and products.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in organic and inorganic synthesis.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry (preferably Organic, Inorganic, or Medicinal Chemistry).
• Experience: Min 6 months to 1 year of experience in synthetic chemistry, R&D, or a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?19,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
