Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our team as QSR Team Members. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring a smooth, quick, and pleasant experience for every customer. From taking orders and preparing food to maintaining cleanliness and delivering great service -- you'll do it all with a smile!

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and efficient manner Take customer orders accurately using a POS system Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards Maintain cleanliness in all areas including kitchen, counters, and dining areas Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout your shift Handle customer complaints or queries with professionalism Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health guidelines strictly Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Support opening and closing tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Prior experience in a QSR or F&B industry is preferred but not mandatory Basic communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Willingness to learn and follow standard procedures Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay: ?299,992.50 - ?600,000.72 per year
