s- Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Manager (Food Chain / Food Outlet- Operations Manager) Job location: Pune ( willingness to Travel to other Cities Pune, Mumbai ) Experience: Min 4 to 5 years of experience in any Restaurant Chain / Food Chain / Food Outlet Operations Management. Skills required: Leadership Skills, Operations Skills, Management Skills of Food Operations, Customer Service Orientation, Knowledge of standards for food hygiene, Quick Service Handling Skills for Food / Beverages outlet operations Only Male Candidates Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management
  • Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment and dining equipment are in working order and schedule maintenance as needed.
2. Customer Service
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a high standard of customer service, addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Quality Control: Maintain food quality and presentation to meet brand standards.
  • Speed of Service: Monitor and improve service times to meet customer expectations for quick service.
3. Staff Management
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, hire, and train staff to provide efficient service and uphold quality standards.
  • Scheduling: Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
4. Financial Oversight
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s budget to control costs and maximize profitability.
  • Sales Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to boost revenue.
  • Cash Handling: Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed, including deposits, register reconciliations, and financial reporting.
5. Marketing and Promotions
  • Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional campaigns to attract customers and increase sales.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with the local community and participate in events to promote the restaurant.
6. Compliance and Reporting
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations.
7. Strategic Planning
  • Goal Setting: Set operational goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
8. Vendor Relations
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of quality ingredients and supplies.
  • Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to optimize costs.
9. Technology Utilization
  • Technology Integration: Implement and manage new technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
10. Crisis Management
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve unforeseen issues, such as equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, or staffing emergencies.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency procedures to handle crises effectively.
Desirable Candidates:
  • Candidates from Food Chain / Restaurant Chain / Food Outlet Sales and Operations, will be highly preferred.
  • Candidates who worked in any Food chain outlet with good operational knowledge for handling of multi outlet operations, FMCG food / beverages outlets are preferred.
  • Must have good knowledge about the Pune Market areas, potential sales strategies for food selling operations.
