Job Summary:



We are looking for a results-driven

Quick Commerce Sales Executive

to manage and grow our sales performance across various quick commerce platforms. This role will be responsible for executing sales strategies, ensuring product availability, maximizing visibility, and driving revenue through strong coordination with platform teams and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is target-oriented, well-versed in quick commerce operations, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive sales growth and revenue targets across quick commerce platforms by executing platform-specific sales plans. Manage day-to-day operations related to product listings, stock availability, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution. Track sales performance and share actionable insights to improve SKU-level and category-level growth. Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely product availability and replenishment. Build and maintain strong working relationships with platform category managers to gain visibility and promotional opportunities. Execute and monitor campaigns, deal days, and limited-time offers, ensuring timely setup and error-free execution. Analyze competitor activity, pricing trends, and assortment gaps to suggest corrective actions. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand presence and promotional content are aligned with platform strategies. Maintain and report daily/weekly sales trackers, performance dashboards, and promotional calendars.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales, or quick commerce operations. Strong understanding of quick commerce platforms and business models. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with seller/vendor dashboards. Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, with a growth mindset and strong execution skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
