QUALITY SURVEYOR - JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

Quality Inspections:

Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites, buildings, and infrastructure to ensure compliance with design specifications, regulations, and quality standards.

Identify and report on deviations from approved plans and recommend corrective actions.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare detailed reports outlining inspection findings, quality issues, and recommended corrective measures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality control activities.

Material and Workmanship Evaluation:

Assess the quality of materials used in construction and verify compliance with approved specifications.

Evaluate workmanship to ensure it meets industry standards and project requirements.

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay informed about relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Ensure that construction activities adhere to all applicable local, state, and national regulations.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address quality-related concerns and implement improvements.

Provide technical expertise and guidance on quality control matters.

Quality Improvement Initiatives:

Propose and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall project quality.

Conduct training sessions to educate project teams on quality control best practices.

Risk Assessment:

Identify potential risks related to quality and work with project teams to develop risk mitigation strategies.

Implement measures to prevent defects and non-compliance issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,397.58 - ?55,000.00 per month
