Role Overview:
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor cum Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage project costs, oversee site execution, and ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for landscape projects.
• Monitor and control project expenditures to stay within budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for procurement and deliveries.
• Supervise on-site work, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications.
• Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve site issues and provide technical solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
• Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
