Job Description
Position :- Quantity Surveyor
Work Exp : 5 - 7 yrs
Job Responsibilities :
? Prepare measurements sheet of all civil structure and finishing items from drawing.
? Prepare BBS as per drawing.
? Prepare Bill of Quantities of all finishing and civil items
? Prepare Detailed estimates & budget
? Tracking and Prepare budget vs actual reports of under construction projects
? Prepare Rate analysis of all Civil & finishing items.
? Certifying and processing of contractor running bills.
? Prepare material reconciliation for all kind of materials.
? Verify the material Qty indent from site.
? Proficiency in working with AutoCAD ,MS Excel ERP and related software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?45,000.00 per month
