Work Description:
-Preparation of detailed estimates, quantity take-off and rate analysis as per CPWD and any Uttrakhand SOR for an institutional/office project.
-Liason with Clients and other statutory Approval Authority at Dehradun for getting approvals for the proposed Institutional project.
-CAD and Excel knowledge is a must.
Work Experience:
12 - 15 years experience in preparation of detailed estimates for government projects and should have worked in similar consultancy projects.
Skills:
Excel, Good knowledge in CPWD SOR.
Education:
B.E(civil) or DCE
Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
