1. B. Arch/B.Tech/B.E or Diploma in Civil
2. Proficient in AutoCAD, Google Sketchup
3. Minimum 2 years experience
3. Good aptitude and demonstrated design experience

Concept development
Working drawings in AutoCAD
3D Modelling in Google Sketchup preferred
Calculate quantities and costs for materials, labour, timeframes.
Prepare tender packages and contracts, including bills of quantities.
