JOB TITLE - Quantity Surveyor

Experience - 5 to 6 years
Job Roles
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Evaluate and monitor project costs to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
• Negotiate contracts and work schedules with contractors and suppliers.
• Assess contractor bids and make recommendations for awarding contracts.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to plan and execute construction projects.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Conduct risk, value management, and cost control during the project lifecycle.
• Perform value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Prepare and present regular cost and valuation reports to senior management.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with the relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation.
• Handle any contractual and legal issues that may arise during the project.
