Procurement: Advising clients on procurement methods and preparing tender documents for civil engineering contractors and suppliers.
Contract Administration: Managing the contract administration process, including reviewing contracts and negotiating with civil engineering contractors and suppliers.
Cost Control: Monitoring project costs and ensuring they stay within budget, including cost forecasting, cost monitoring, and controlling costs.
Value Engineering: Working with project teams to identify value engineering opportunities and maximize project value.
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, including risk assessments and risk management plans.
Change Management: Assessing the impact of changes to project scope, schedule, or budget and implementing change management procedures.
Reporting: Preparing and presenting regular reports to clients and stakeholders on civil engineering project costs, schedules, and progress.
Dispute Resolution: Resolving disputes between clients, civil engineering contractors, and suppliers, including providing expert advice and support during arbitration or litigation.
Sustainability: Identifying sustainable construction solutions and working with project teams to implement sustainable practices in civil engineering projects.
