Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 7 to 10 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, specifically in roads, highways, irrigation, tunnels, and metro projects. The role is site-based in Shimla, and requires a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in relevant industry software.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing Management : Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Cost Estimation : Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.
• Budget Management : Monitor project budgets and expenditures, maintaining financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contract Administration : Administer contracts, manage variations, and ensure that all contractual obligations are met by all parties.
• Risk Analysis : Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during the project lifecycle.
• Software Proficiency : Auto-CAD, MS-Office, Primavera P6

Key Requirements

• Experience : 7-10 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically within the road, highways, irrigation, tunnels, and metro sectors.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field.
• Site-Based Experience : Previous experience working on-site for large infrastructure projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
