Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in a steel structure company. The ideal candidate will manage project costs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial aspects of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze project budgets and cost estimates.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Monitor project progress and manage cost control measures.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure financial efficiency.
• Prepare tender documents and manage the bidding process.
• Assess and manage subcontractor invoices and claims.
• Provide financial reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Relevant experience in construction, preferably with steel structures.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in cost management software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
