Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with expertise in civil projects to join our growing team.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Prepare and issue tender documents for contractors and suppliers.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software, MS Excel, and project management tools
• Conduct on-site measurements and valuations for progress payments.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to align budgets with design and execution.
• Work with the project team to manage procurement processes and ensure that all purchases are cost-effective.
• Assist in technical queries, clarifications, and negotiations with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to align with project budgets and timelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
