Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of products and materials used in construction or interior design projects, along with strong analytical and negotiation skills to ensure projects stay within budget while meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses.
• Budget Management: Track project expenses and ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, materials, and suppliers to optimize cost-effectiveness.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and negotiate terms to obtain materials at competitive prices.
• Project Documentation: Prepare and manage project cost reports, contracts, and other documentation.
• Quality Assurance: Evaluate materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
