Job Description
Role - Quantity Surveyor
Location- Bangalore (must be willing to relocate)
Expr - 6+yrs
Education - Graduation/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent stream
Notice period - Immediately /15days/serving Notice period
Must have Skills- Auto CAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Work out Quantities from AutoCAD drawings including detailed Measurement Sheets.
Experience in Quantifying of Civil, Landscape, Interior Fitout item of works.
Cost Planning / Budgeting / Cost Estimate and Rate Analysis.
Site billing knowledge, bill scrutinizing and certification.
BOQ & Technical specifications Preparation.
Value engineering and Material knowledge.
Tender & Contract documentation.
