Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
We are looking for a candidate from an Electrical Background.
? Preparation of price schedule as per BOQ or Drawings.
? Tender & Estimation of BOQs.
? Must have Purchasing and procurement experience.
? Research and meet with potential suppliers to compare products, prices, and lease terms, and make the best decision for the company.
? Suggesting/proposing equivalent products as per the specification.
? Negotiate sales agreements with selected vendors to get the best value, and periodically revisit and renegotiate contracts for the duration of the business relationship.
? Coordinate with Foreign Brands to quote for the respective products.
? Tracking of Imported shipments and updating the lead time for the clients through mail/phone.
? Coordinating with the logistics team and arranging the shipment to the client's place.
? Candidates with Electrical knowledge are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
