Key Responsibilities:
1. Bar Bending Schedule Preparation
- Develop, review, and manage detailed Bar Bending Schedules to ensure precision and accuracy in construction.
2. Daily Progress Report (DPR) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Prepare and monitor the Daily Progress Report, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- Manage the Bill of Quantities for accurate budgeting and cost estimation.
3. Client & Contractor Billing
- Oversee client and contractor billing processes, ensuring timely preparation, verification, and submission of invoices.
- Resolve any discrepancies to maintain transparent communication and adherence to contractual terms.
4. Reconciliation
- Conduct material and financial reconciliation to ensure efficient resource utilization and cost control.
- Regularly update and analyze data for material usage, stock balance, and labor costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 6-15 years of experience in high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, construction processes, and cost estimation.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, SAP).
- Male Candidate are Preferred.
