Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
• Knowledge on preparation of bill of quantities
• Knowledge on assessing contractor claims and preparation of contractor bills.
• Knowledge on mode of measurements.
• Preparing work order/ job order.
• Knowledge on market rates for various materials, different trades of labourers.
• Monitoring BOQ with executed quantities and variations.
• Preparation of extra claims/ NT items.
• Rate analysis of various activities.
• Knowledge on wastage analysis of materials and reconciliation statements.
• Coordinating with Clients/ Consultants/ Contractors.
• Knowledge on tenders and contract documentation.
• Carrying out site measurements.
• Carrying out interim valuation of works.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Weekend availability
Experience:
• QUANTITY SURVEYOR: 3 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
