Quantity Surveyor Interior Projects
Job Description
• Preparing the bill of quantities using the drawings.
• Estimate the cost of different types of work.
• Prepare bills as per work completed at the site.
• Verify vendors' bills by checking the measurements at the site/drawing.
• 3+ years of experience and 1+ years of experience as an Interior Quantity Survey.
• Strong skill to understand the different scope of work in a drawing.
• Good understanding of materials.
• Ability to calculate the quantity of different types of work as per market standard.
• Good understanding of costing of materials and skilled labour.
