Job Description

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
- 4-7 years' experience in QS roles on building or infrastructure projects in Kenya.
- Strong knowledge of local construction practices, pricing trends, and statutory regulations.
- Experience with FIDIC, NEC, or other standard forms of contracts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and QS software like CostX or Candy.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per month
