Position Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and minimizing financial risks. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Monitor project progress and expenditures.
• Negotiate contracts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Provide advice on procurement strategies and tender processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project delivery within budget and timeline.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
