Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
• Preparation of detailed estimates, schedule quantities of quantities, tender documents, rate analysis, and measurement sheets
• Estimation work includes tender pricing, bidding, preliminary budgeting based on PAR, etc.
• Value Engineering and Cost Optimization in Estimation
• Capable of reading and correlating drawings and specifications, identifying the items of work, and preparing bills of items.
• Be fully aware of prevailing market rates for materials and labor.
• Should be conversant with applicable IS codes, schedule of rates, study, and interpret tenders and contracts on the basis of the CPWD schedule.
• Capable of compiling a complete tender or estimate package and getting it approved by the client or authority.
• Attending pre-bid meetings and creating technical pre-bid queries.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
