Job Position: Quantity Surveyor cum Estimation Engineer

Job Role: Quantity Surveyor Duties:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules.
• Measure and value work done on-site.
• Perform risk and value management and cost control.
• Prepare and analyze costings for tenders.
• Provide advice on contractual claims.
• Monitor and track project progress to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
• Prepare and submit valuation reports.
• Liaise with clients and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers, and site engineers.
• Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Estimation, quantity surveying

• Proficiency in billing software and quantity surveying tools (e.g. ERP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Advance Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the construction or engineering industry.
