JOB DESCRIPTION :

Quantity Surveyor - Civil

Location: Kochi

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years

Qualification: BE/B. Tech in Civil Engineering.

Work Type: Office job

Job Responsibilities:

Managing technical drawings: read and understand drawings

Preparing as-built drawings for project handover and contributed to create building completion drawings

Assisting in understanding clients' requirements

Created personalized drawings to meet specific client requirements

Estimating the quantity and cost of materials

Allocate work to contractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process

Negotiate contracts, schedules and pricing with contractors

Preparing contract documents, including bill of quantities

Valuing completed work and arranging for payments

Preparing bills as per the actual volume of work done at site

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Quantity Surveyor role.

Basic knowledge of site handling.

Experience in preparing estimate.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Autocad, Microsoft Office (Excel,Word).
