We are hiring for Quantity Surveyor - Qualification; BE/B.Tech Civil Location Chennai Experience: 5-7 Years Salary- 25-30K /month JD: Quantity Surveyor with technical knowledge, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage costs, and collaborate with various stakeholders involved in interior construction projects. 1. Contract Administration: Drafting and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions. 2. Value Engineering: Finding ways to optimize costs without compromising quality, functionality, or aesthetics of the interior design. 3. Risk Management: Identifying and assessing potential risks related to cost, and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks. 4. Measurement and Valuation: Measuring and valuing work done on-site for payment applications, variations, and final accounts. Prepare quantity sheet from onsite measurements and drawings 5. Collaboration: Working closely with architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that project objectives, specifications, and budgets are met. 6. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reports related to costs, contracts, and project progress. 7. Advisory Role: Providing advice and guidance on cost-effective solutions, contractual matters, and financial implications throughout the project lifecycle. 8. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the materials and workmanship meet the required standards and specifications.
