Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Aptitude Trainer to work with final year degree students in Ongole. The trainer will be responsible for developing students' quantitative reasoning and problem-solving skills, which are crucial for competitive exams, campus placements, and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on quantitative aptitude, including topics such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, data interpretation, and logical reasoning.
• Conduct regular practice sessions, mock tests, and problem-solving workshops to improve students' speed and accuracy.
• Provide personalized feedback and strategies to help students overcome their weaknesses in quantitative aptitude.
• Guide students in applying quantitative techniques to real-world problems and exam scenarios.
• Stay updated with the latest patterns and trends in competitive exams and campus recruitment tests, and incorporate relevant content into the training sessions.
• Prepare and distribute study materials, question banks, and practice papers tailored to the needs of final year students.
• Collaborate with academic staff to ensure that the training aligns with students' curriculum and career goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Quantitative Aptitude Trainer, especially in coaching students for competitive exams or campus placements.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple manner.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students to enhance their quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online teaching tools.
• Fluency in English and Telugu is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in teaching or training quantitative aptitude, preferably with college students.
• Experience in coaching for competitive exams such as CAT, GRE, GATE, or campus recruitment tests is desirable.
