Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Requirements Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning Trainer at Amity University, Patna.

Job Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in Aptitude Training are a plus.
• Proven experience as an Aptitude Trainer with a track record of helping students achieve high scores.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning, with familiarity in various test formats and question types.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to inspire and motivate students.
• Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs. Proficiency in explaining complex concepts in a clear and engaging way.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to receive and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in teaching other test-prep courses (e.g., GRE, CAT) is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms.
• Experience teaching in a multicultural environment.

Compensation

Rs 25,000 Pm to Rs 45,000 Pm

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?47,000.00 per month
